Community Shared Agriculture

Our long time friend and member, Erica Young is working at Ploughshares Community Farm in Beasejour.

Community Shared Agriculture is an opportunity to obtain buy into a locally grown produce “co-op,” to receive weekly or biweekly delivery of fresh vegetables this summer. Your farmers, Marcus and Erica, will work hard to tend the garden all season long, no matter what the weather. By paying up front, you’ll also share in some of the risk with us. If some crops suffer from factors out of our control, you’ll see fewer of those in your box. But if the summer turns out to be a particularly good one for other crops, you’ll share in that abundance. Each week, they will share stories from the farm and recipe ideas with you on how to use the vegetables that might be new to you. And the People Said

I was inspired to continue my appreciation of what riches God has given us.
