Are you 25 years of age or under, pregnant or have a baby up to 12 months of age? Then this is the place for you! Baby and Me is a non-traditional, non-judgemental drop-in program, offered by Youville Centre and subsidized by Healthy Child Manitoba. The drop-in is open to women in the St. Vital area, along with a support person (partner, parent, friend, etc.) The program is run by a Healthy Baby outreach worker, a community nutritionist and a community health nurse.Parenting and nutritional education is offered in a non-judgemental environment. Healthy snacks, milk coupons and bus tickets are available for qualifying participants.
