The United Church in Meadowood is offering Free Cooking Classes for Newcomers  

(no more volunteers needed, thank you!)

Our program offers opportunities for
· nutrition education: eating healthy in Canada
· cooking nutritious food
· meeting new friends through cooking and eating together.

Bus tickets and childminding will be available.
