HEALING PATHWAY WORKSHOP

The Healing Pathway is a program to help people develop the gifts & skills of energy based healing within the Christian tradition, & to foster the development of healing ministries within faith communities. The workshop is an introduction to the basic concepts of healing hands within the Christian tradition, with an emphasis on learning to be a healing presence of God`s healing power. The workshop includes: discussion of the traditional, scriptural, & spiritual sources of Christian healing, a review of the Healing Pathway Code of Ethics, including boundaries, discussion of elements of self-care, centering & grounding through prayer and meditation, and more. We will begin Friday, 5-8 pm, Sat 9am – 4pm, and Sunday 1-4 pm. Early bird fee is $210 ($225 after Mar 1). St. Andrew’s Quiz Night: St. Andrew’s River Heights United Church will be hosting another Quiz Night on Saturday, February 16 @ 7pm. Get your team of 4-6 people organized & purchase your tickets early! Single entries are welcome and encouraged—we will add you to another team or create a new team. Tickets are $20 per person including snacks and beverages, with wine and beer available to purchase for $5. Tickets are available for purchase from the church office (255 Oak Street) on Monday – Friday, 9-3pm. Enjoy a night out with friends on a cold winter evening!
