Friendship and Support

One of the ways that Christians have gathered and cared for one another is in groups that come together to support one another. Such opportunities of fellowship makes space to share joys and grief, celebrations and loss.

If you are interested in participating in any part of our faith community or learning more, please contact the church office, 204-256-7002.

The United Church Women are a group that strives to unite women of the congregation for the total mission of the church and to provide a medium through which we may express our loyalty and devotion to Jesus Christ in Christian witness, study, fellowship and service. The UCW holds meetings monthly on the third Monday of the month. The UCW ladies are an active part of our congregation, often helping out at fellowship events throughout the year, making and serving food for the Mother’s Day Tea, funerals, baptisms and fundraisers.  At UCW meetings, there will often be a presentation by community members sharing stories and good news about programs within the larger community of South St. Vital and Winnipeg.
