Plant Sale Fundraiser
We are having a plant sale fundraiser with Glenlea Greenhouses to raise funds for UCiM. You can order the plants online and pick them up at the church.
The deadline for placing orders is Sunday April 19 at 11:59 PM. Orders must be picked up at the church on May 21. Do not go to Glenlea to pick up your order.
What Plants can you Order?
Glenlea Greenhouses has made a 2026 Fundraiser Collection. You can only order plants from this collection if you want to support our church. If you try to order plants that are not part of the 2026 Fundraiser Collection then the system will make you remove those particular plants.
How to Place Orders
Online ordering systems can be confusing. This system has 10 steps before you even get started with the actual order. We have provided detailed instructions to get you started.
Please follow these steps:
1. Click this link. It will open another tab and take you to Glenlea’s online ordering system.
2. Your screen should have this on it:
3. Click on the box that says “Search”
4. Type “United Church in Meadowood” without the quotation marks
5. Your screen should have this on it:
6. Click on the “Select Group” button next to United Church in Meadowood.
7. Your screen should have this on it:
8. Scroll down until you see this picture:
9. Click on the picture (the one in the previous step)
10. You are taken to the main order entry screen. It looks like this. You can now start selecting plants.
11. You can browse the items by category and filter items by clicking on options on the left.
12. You can click on “Add to cart” for any items that you want to buy.
13. We suggest you don’t click the Fundraiser Home button, but if you do then just scroll down until you see a heading that says “Select a category below or continue scrolling to view all products”. Click on a category to get back to the main order entry screen and you can keep selecting items.
14. When you’re done ordering, click on the image of the shopping cart on the top right of your screen. Mine has the number 2 on it because I ordered 2 items. Your number might be different.
15. You will see a button on the bottom right of the screen that says “Go to Cart Page”. It looks like this. Click on that button
16. You will be taken to this screen:
17. Glenlea Greenhouses wants to make sure you selected the right fundraiser group. It should say United Church in Meadowood. You can change it if it says something else.
18. You can scroll up to see the items that you ordered and make any changes there.
19. Scroll down until you see a checkbox that says “I agree to the online order policy and the Information I filled out in the ABOVE FORM is CORRECT based on the receiving method selected.”
Click on the checkbox and then click the “Check out & Pay” button
20. You will be taken to the Checkout screen. Fill out all the details and click the “Pay now” button.
