Annual Reports
We are a very active church, with ministries to serve the world as well as our members, all in the service of God. Our Annual Report gives a good summary of our activity.
2025 Annual Report
This was a year of transition for us. Our previous minister, Caryn Douglas, retired in August of 2025. For four months, the people of this congregation took responsibility for nearly all aspects of ministry, with a little pastoral care support. We were then lead by Jeri Bjornson serving as a Gap Minister from January to June of 2026.
Our current full-time minister is Tammy Bleue. She joined us in July 2026.
2024 Annual Report
By installing a geothermal (ground source) heating/cooling system, UCiM is now fossil fuel free. A 2 kilometre underground loop and 5 heat pumps provide the heat we need to warm the church in the winter and extract excess heat from the building in the summer.
With new electric hot water heating we have reduced our annual Green House Gas emissions from 19.5 tonnes per year to ZERO!
2023 Annual Report
In 2023, UCiM embraced a vision to be a leader in addressing climate change: the first project is a plan to install a geothermal heat pump system, reducing our heating and cooling greenhouse gas emissions to zero.

2022 will be remembered at UCiM as the year we tested out what we learned about adaptation and resiliency from pandemic isolation.
